SLOWLY YOU MELTED IN MY SOUL

What a pleasant evening it was which left its image in my heart,

The ocean was inconspicuously overjoyed and flowed with complete jest,

The sun was lazing around and melting bit by bit,

Into the vast ocean as I was drowning in his eyes,

The sky was painted with the colour of love, red and orange hue,

You were staring into my eyes and listening to my stories silently

Had made me crazy, but I continued to talk restlessly,

Your innocent smile, your naughty eyes were melting me,

The sound of the waves seemed like the beat of my heart,

I stared at you tirelessly, but still, my thirst did not quench,

I saw at the far end where the union of the sky and ocean occurred,

The sun witnessed it and dipped into the water for celebration,

That day I understood the real meaning of melting in the arms of the darling,

I wish this evening never ends and I am always lost in your eyes,

I wish the time stops and this mesmerizing evening stays forever and ever.

I don’t know how you changed from a stranger to my lifeline.
